Term & Conditions

An equivalent amount can be submitted in GBP, USD, or AED using the prevailing foreign exchange rates

  1. All payments are to be made according to the category/size of the plot, as per the schedule of payments, through bank draft/pay order in favor of “New Life Developers (Pvt.) Ltd.”
  2. 10% discount on lump sum payment (100% payment of plot).
  3. Installments received after due date from allottees /applicants will only be accepted with a surcharge.
  4. If any allottee fails to pay two successive installments within the prescribed period, the allotment is liable to be canceled.
  5. If any applicant subsequently decides to surrender the plot or fails to pay the installments on demand as per clause 4 above he/she shall lose all rights and entitlement to allotment shall stand cancelled and he/she will be allowed refund after the deduction of 10% of the price of the plot as service charges after the said plot has been booked by some other buyer.
  6. In case of extra covered area/land with any plot, the extra amount will be charged in addition to the total amount.
  7. For each preferential location, i.e corner, facing the park, and main boulevard plot, applicants will pay an additional amount as specified.
  8. One application form can be used for booking of one plot only.
  9. Plot allotted to an applicant shall not be used for any purpose other than applied or meant for.
  10. No applicant shall be paid interest/mark up against the amount paid by them to New Life Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. management.
  11. All registration/mutation charges shall be borne by the allottee along with any Govt. Tax en-vogue.
  12. The management committee of the New Life Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. reserves the right to allot/sell a plot surrendered by an allottee or canceled from the name of allottee due to non-payment of dues, to any other applicant or person and the ex-allottee shall have no right to such a plot. The decision of the management committee shall not be challenged at any forum.
  13. Excess charges, if any, shall be levied under extremely unavoidable circumstances for which the client shall be taken into confidence prior to the levy.
  14. There are only lands prices, the development charges (to be determined & intimated later) will include the charges of internal development (laying of roads main water supply, sewerage, and electricity) & will not include the cost/charges of the provision of Sui Gas, Maintenance etc.
  15. Transfer of plots allotted to an applicant shall be allowed only after receipt of updated payment/charges. All registration/mutation charges shall be borne by the allottee.
  16. In case of any dispute between the allottee and the New Life Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. the dispute will be referred to the arbitration of management committee of the New Life Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. whose decision shall be final and binding on the parties to the dispute.

*A processing of PKR 5,500/- to be charged for each application/booking. This amount is non-refundable.
